This notice explains what this website collects, why, who else is involved, and what you can do about it. It describes this version of the site, as published.

## What you send us

The contact form asks for ten things: your name, your phone or WhatsApp, your billing email, your business name, the type of business, your city, your current website (with an 'I don't have one' checkbox if you have none), what you need, and anything else you want to tell us. We use them for one purpose: to answer your inquiry and arrange the call you asked for. Nothing else.

If you buy on this site, the checkout asks for three things: your full name, your business name, and your billing email. We use them to process your purchase, email your invoice, and answer you. Your payment details — your card or bank account — are entered on the secure hosted page of Helcim, our payment processor. We never see, receive, or store them.

Our services are for businesses, and this site is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

## How the form works

There is no server behind the form. When you press the send button, your own email app opens with the message ready to go. We receive nothing until you send that email yourself, from your own account.

## Who else is involved

Three providers make this site, our mailbox, and our payments work: Cloudflare hosts this website, Google Workspace hosts our email, and Helcim processes payments on its secure hosted page. The typefaces are hosted on this same server, so your browser does not request them from Google or anyone else. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

## What this site stores on your device

Only one thing: your language choice (EN or ES), saved in your browser's local storage so the site opens in your language next time. This version loads no analytics and uses no marketing cookies. If we ever add analytics, cookies, or tracking pixels, we will update this notice before turning them on.

## How long we keep inquiries

We keep inquiry emails for up to 12 months after our last contact, then we delete them. If you become a client, the records for your service follow the paperwork of that service instead.

## Your choices

You can ask what we hold from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Write to hello@wasatchdigitalco.com and we will take care of it.
